Lauryn is 6 Months
It's been super fun to see little Lauryn grow! I remember meeting her mom soon after they moved to the area and we chatted forever by their mailbox. Apparently I'm that neighbor who gets to know everyone nearby, oh well. It's grown into a great friendship and our kids beg to play together so it's been pretty awesome.
I was so pumped to get to see her recently in the studio for the 6 month old session. I just adore her smug face and heavy cheeks at the beginning, but she perked up with sweet smirks at the end.
I've been trying to incorporate a new style into my photo sessions for babies under the age of one. I haven't figured out what this style is called or how to explain it, but it definitely give me newborn session vibes. Lauryn's mom was totally cool with me taking creative control and picking outfits and colors that I keep on hand for these baby plan sessions.
The pink outfit is probably my favorite outfit, but the emerald green is definitely a favorite color scheme lately.

My son has the BIGGEST pouty lip so when I saw hers I just melted!
It's going to be so much fun seeing this little cutie grow up! Soon, but not too soon, she'll be cruising through the neighborhood on scooters trying to keep up with all the big kids!
